Programming APIs Teleportation Weapon

For our Programming Application Programming Interfaces module, we have been tasked to investigate and develop a project in an API of our choice. I have chosen to use Unreal Engine 5 with C++ as I am yet to gain experience with this game engine. I have decided to create a teleportation weapon, taking inspiration from multiple games that include a teleportation mechanic.
